Tuition and Class Policies

Tuition is prepaid on the tenth day of each month for the entire 28 day (4 week) month. You will be prompted upon enrollment to store payment information in our secure Parent Portal system. This information is only used to collect payment for classes in which your child(ren) or yourself are currently enrolled. You may choose to pay another way (cash, check, Venmo or PayPal) but this payment must be processed before the 10th of each month, or your card on file will be charged. Regular session tuition is based on a total time spent dancing per week, per family. Online tuition is a per-class, per-student fee. All tuition and registration payments are non-refundable. There is a $25.00 charge on returned checks. There is a nonrefundable annual registration fee of $105 per family, due upon enrollment.

Ways To Pay: Automatic payments are now available! Payments may be made by checks, cash, or credit card. You may pay at the front desk or via the Parent Portal System. 

Late Payments: Tuition payments are due on the first lesson of each month. If tuition is not paid in full by the 10th of each month, a $15.00 late fee will be posted to your account.

Make-up Classes: Missed lessons may be made up in any level-appropriate class. Please schedule your make up class using the Portal system. Make-ups may be completed any time during the current session. Make-up classes are only valid for enrolled dancers; if you drop a class you will lose all make-ups that were acquired in that class. If you drop all classes, your make-ups are void. 

Dropping a class: If you wish to drop a class, please notify Studio W staff in writing. Tuition will continue to be charged until Studio W receives notice that you are dropping a class.
